PetzCrazee Wholesale Terms of Business

We ask for a minimum first order of £150.00. There are no minimum orders thereafter - you can order as much or as little as you like. All wholesale prices exclude VAT which is added to your order.

Carriage within the UK is free if you order above £250 (excluding VAT).

We do not allow sale or return of our products to ensure that everything offered is sent in pristine condition.

We do not allow our products to be sold on Ebay.

For website customers we can provide electronic images for you to use online. Under no circumstances must these images be used for any other purpose than to promote those specific items (i.e. for company stationery or website design).

We ask that you have purchased an item in one colour/size to give you the rights to sell it on your website. For example, if you purchase the 5th Avenue in Pink S, you can list all colours and sizes on your website. You cannot list any items you have not bought in at least one size/colour. We enforce this to be fair to both website and bricks and mortar stores and to ensure retailers know the products they are selling first hand.

We are able to offer dropshipping under the following terms:
o We charge a 10% handling charge for all dropship orders.
o We prefer a branded packing slip stating your returns policy to be emailed to orders@petzcrazee.com to accompany each order. If we do not receive this we can send a generic one with each order but this will not have any returns information.
o We will not handle returns from your customer. If your customer wishes to return it they must send it back to you. We do not allow these items to be returned to us.
o We will only dropship items from the current collection. It is the retailer's responsibility to ensure their website is up to date with the latest collection (new collections launch in March and September.)
o If items are out of stock with our suppliers they sometimes take 2-3 weeks to come in. Please advise your customers accordingly.

Orders will normally ship within 3 business days if all items are in stock. We use Royal Mail or FEDEX UK courier depending on the weight/size of the order.

Payment is required before items will ship unless otherwise agreed.

Payment via Bank Credit Transfer, Cheque or debit card is preferred. However we do accept PayPal, VISA and MasterCard.

For account customers we offer payment terms of 15 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments will incur a 5% annual interest charge.

All overseas orders must be paid in full before items will ship.
