PetzCrazee Wholesale Terms of Business

* We ask for a minimum first order of £150.00. There are no minimum orders thereafter - you can order as much or as little as you like. All wholesale prices exclude VAT which is added to your order.
o Carriage within the UK is free if you order above £250 (excluding VAT). However there is always a charge of £10 + VAT for oversized/heavy orders that contain beds and/or Shampoos and Conditioners.
* We do not allow sale or return of our products to ensure that everything offered is sent in pristine condition.
* We do not allow our products to be sold on Ebay.
* For website customers we can provide electronic images for you to use online. Under no circumstances must these images be used for any other purpose than to promote those specific items (i.e. for company stationery or website design). You must not use the images of items that you do not hold in stock in at least one or more sizes.
* Orders will normally ship within 3 business days if all items are in stock. We use Royal Mail or FEDEX UK / courier depending on the weight/size of the order.
* Payment is required before items will ship unless otherwise agreed.
* Payment via Bank Credit Transfer, Cheque or debit card is preferred on all UK orders. We do accept PayPal, VISA and MasterCard although add a 2.5% transaction fee on the total balance.
* For account customers we offer payment terms of 15 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments will incur a 5% annual interest charge.
* All overseas orders must be paid via Bank Credit Transfer directly into our bank account before items will ship. Buyer must pay all bank charges.
